At RISK made in Warsaw, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your clothes; if they aren't the perfect fit, you have 14 days to return or exchange your items. Our process is designed to be as seamless as possible to ensure your satisfaction with every piece you choose.
Fill out the Form
Complete the return form included in your package or download it from our website to specify if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Pack your Items
Place the unworn items with their original tags into the box. You can reuse our eco-friendly packaging to help reduce waste.
Send it Back
Address the parcel to our Warsaw studio using your preferred courier service or use one of our convenient drop-off points.
Receive your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 14 business days.
